The working groups are tasked to develop some specific issues within the area devoted to each. Its activity will begin well before the Congress, organizing the topics and distributing among each group members the preliminary tasks. During the 1st through the 3rd of June, 2010, they will close the preliminary round through face meetings at the location of the Conference, between those who can attend these days, to complete the previous document to be discussed, finalized and published during the Conference itself , with the participation of all.
